Terms of Service

1. The service

Website Maker Online provides an online service that lets you generate, edit and host websites with the help of AI. We make every effort to keep the service available and usable, but provide it "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the service to:

• generate or publish content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing;
• violate the rights of others (including copyright and trademark);
• abuse or overload the service, or circumvent its security.

You are responsible for the content you enter or publish, and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your website.

4. Payment and credits

Paid features and build credits are charged upfront via our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, paid credits are non-refundable once consumed. Builds that fail or are interrupted by an outage are credited back.

5. Intellectual property

The content you provide remains yours. You may use the website generated by the service for your own purposes. The platform, software and our brand names remain the property of Website Maker Online.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service or an account in case of a breach of these terms or abuse.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
