  • provide the service (your account, generating and hosting your website), basis: performance of the contract;
  • handle payments, basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation;

  • secure, maintain and improve the service, basis: legitimate interest.

4. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share it with processors that help us deliver the service, such as hosting, email, payment and AI providers, and solely for the purposes listed above. We have data processing agreements with these parties.

We keep your data for as long as you have an account, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.
